Engineer came out and found the problem with my washing machine right away. He turned up when he said he would. It needed a part so he came back after buying the part and fixed my Bosch washing machine. He was extremely helpful and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Contacted Paul on Wednesday and arranged for him to come today (Friday). Paul was able to identify why the dryer on my washer dryer wasn’t heating and showed us what to do if it happened again. Could have made up some technical issues or the need for new parts but was open and honest and only charge for what it needed. A service. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if l have any other issues. Thank you Paul.

Paul fixed our oven for us. He was friendly, professional and reliable. He was clear when providing a quote and came to fix the issue at the agreed time. He also gave good advice on how to maintain our oven. I would highly recommend Townson applicances.
Work was carried out in a professional manner and very polite toward myself, would recommend that if you need a engineer to help to fix your appliances this is your man. Great value, and service all round.To be very honest i was let down by my insurance company. And townson appliances came out stright away and resolve my issue. As my dryer is used daily for my disabled child and after waiting for almost a week from my insurance to fix it.
