My condenser dryer was constantly saying the container was full (it weren’t) cleaned all filters, emptied water bottle, still kept stopping saying the same issue. Paul came out diagnosed the issue immediately (a sensor) took dryer apart and fixed the issue. Paul was very knowledgeable, friendly and was spot on with his diagnosis. Dryer fixed and working in no time at all very reasonable price. Thanks Paul, would definitely recommend Townson Apploances.

Fixed my Beko tumble dryer. Managed to fix it on the day I contacted him.
Nice guy, clearly knows his stuff as was able to find out what was wrong through email, and had the part when he arrived.

Had a very positive experience. Our washer needed a new pump and it was replaced for a reasonable price and very swiftly. Very nice guy and was great with our dog. Would definitely recommend and have kept this number to use again.

Engineer came out and found the problem with my washing machine right away. He turned up when he said he would. It needed a part so he came back after buying the part and fixed my Bosch washing machine. He was extremely helpful and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

To be very honest i was let down by my insurance company. And townson appliances came out stright away and resolve my issue. As my dryer is used daily for my disabled child and after waiting for almost a week from my insurance to fix it. I contacted townson appliances and he was happy to get it down the next day.so again
