If you need a first class. job done, you will not get any better than this company. Paul arrived at the arranged time and fixed my Washing Machine. Also, the price he charged was brilliant (No call out charge).

We contacted Paul over a weekend because of a faulty washing machine, and he came promptly on the Monday to inspect it. He diagnosed the problem quickly and sorted it out the same week. It was a fantastic service, at a very fair price. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

Rang up about a fault

Rang up about a fault with my washing machine, could not come out as I’m not in Liverpool. Explained what it was and was told it could be one of two things. Found the fault and got it fixed. Would recommend as was very helpful over the phone and saved my calling out an engineer.

My beko washing machine spin

My beko washing machine spin cycle stopped working so I called Paul who asked me to text him the model number and he’d call me back .. Good as his word he called me back half an hour later and talked me through all the diagnostics in order to reset machine.. Very helpful and patient would highly recommend…

Paul answered my email within a couple of hours and gave quote.for new part for tumble dryer. New part fitted within a couple of days. Great professional, friendly service and cheap too. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Our Electric Oven decided to stop heating and rang Townsons to ask if someone could come and fix problem. We were so pleased that some one could call the next morning and it was fixed without any problems, No hesitation in calling them again for any appliance issues and willingly recommend them

Paul has been amazing, i cant recommend him enough. I have called out paul twice in the last 6 always attending the job within days of my call, he has fixed my dryer but has also give advice over the phone before charging any fee,s yesterday emergancy my washing machine was not repairable, paul has replaced with a new machine an the price was brilliant Cant thank him enough (thanks paul 👍🏼

Couldn’t have wished for a better service, I called Paul over the issue with my dryer not spinning. He was helpful on the phone, gave a rough estimate of the price and informed of the time he would be available to visit. Paul arrived on the time he informed, fixed the issue, explained the issue and was also helpful for other queries we had with appliances within the home. Great service and reliable, would definitely recommend and will use again.

paul gave me a rough & honest quote over the phone, on coming to check the dryer, it turned out to be something else, he gave me a quote ( an honest one) not only completed the job, he did extra work at no cost, he is polite – helpful and gives good advice, i recomend Paul for his work ethic, if you have a problem, then talk to Paul.
